Employment contracts of limited duration

Those with employment contracts of a limited term of more than three months are insured by the Pension Plan of the Pension Fund Swiss Re with the same benefits as employees with a permanent employment contract. Several consecutive employment contracts of a limited term which amounted to more the three months in total will be insured as of the month when the prolongation over three months was communicated.

For a fixed-term contract of less than 3 months, the employee is not accepted into the pension fund.
