Carina Kunz is going to be new Head of Swiss Re Pension Fund

Monica Maeder, formerly heading the Swiss Re Pension Fund, has decided to retire in early September this year.

Monica had a long-standing career in the Pension Fund space and over the last more than eight years very successfully led the Swiss Re Pension Fund. Given her excellent subject matter expertise, her outstanding leadership skills and very professional and collaborative attitude, she contributed enormously to the stability and success of the fund, also in turbulent times in the more recent past.

Building on that foundation, we are delighted that Carina Kunz will join us 1 August this year as Head of Swiss Re Pension Fund Switzerland, taking over Monica's role. Carina comes with a wealth of relevant experience and a proven track record across various industries, including Financial Services. In her most recent role, Head Pension Fund of Six Group AG, based in Zurich, she successfully drove strategic and operational topics in order to improve stability and performance of the fund.
