Employee representatives election for the term 2024-2026

We would like to inform you about the results of the elections of the employee representatives to the Pension Fund Board, held between 1 September 2023 and            15 September 2023.

We are happy that 1 098 employees took the opportunity to vote so that the overall voter participation was 32.6%.

We would like to thank you for your participation.

Congratulations to all members and substitute members of the Pension Fund Board for the term of office from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2026. The votes cast for the elected votes for the elected candidates can be found below:

All elected substitute members will be attending the board meetings without any voting rights.

We would like to thank all the other candidates for their willingness to commit themselves to the Pension Fund Swiss Re and wish them continued success in their activities.

At the same time, we are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of Swiss Re Management Ltd has re-elected the current employer representatives on the Board of Trustees, Herrmann Geiger and Olaf Lang for the coming term of office from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2026.

For Swiss Reinsurance Company Ltd, the current employer representative Pascal Zbinden and the new employer representative Martina Moosmann will serve for the coming term of office from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2026, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.

For Swiss Reinsurance Company Ltd, the current employer representative Pascal was confirmed for the coming term of office from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2026. Charlotte Gubler will step down from the Pension Fund Board on 31 December 2023. We would like to take this opportunity to thank her warmly for her decades of extremely valuable work on the Board of Trustees. She has played a key role in shaping the pension fund with her suggestions and proposals. The Board of Directors of Swiss Reinsurance Company Ltd has elected Martina Moosmann as her successor as the new employer representative.
